  $20 or $70 for 4x
• 2.25” x 4.7”
  $40 or $140 for 4x

Ads do not have to run in consecutive issues in order to receive multiple insertion rates.

Artwork:

• Camera-ready, or we design, no charge
• Deadline 15th of each month for the following month.
