General

• Gallery Monitors: Work 4 hours per month in gallery serving customers. Make sales, do simple office work, answer phone, tidy up, greet visitors and give out literature. Help is needed year-round. Must be outgoing, comfortable greeting public. Must dress neatly, be punctual.
• Folders & Stuffers: Work on call as needed during open hours. You might fold, collate, label, and/or stuff NAA materials so we can get them in the mail.
  
• Literature Distributors: Bring NAA literature to pre-determined sites in downtown Newark including restaurants, coffeehouses and other places of business.
• Maintenance Helpers: Help keep the NAA looking good with cleaning, painting, carpentry and repair projects. Any skills appreciated. Work on call as needed.
• Art Assistant: Assist teacher with art projects for kids at community festivals and events. Must be outgoing, experienced with art materials, and comfortable working with children.
• Members Gallery Administrative Help: Assist with inventory control, hangtags and signs, artist contacts, and displays. The committee meets once a month, but work can be done outside of meeting times.
• Office Work: We need help with data entry and general office tasks.
• Recycling: Can you stop by once a week to take our bin of recyclables to a recycling center?
