Terry Foreman is an artist, teacher and arts administrator who has been on the arts scene in Delaware since 1992. Currently she is serving as the Executive Director of the Newark Arts Alliance and is teaching classes in mosaics, murals and collage. She also sells her mosaics at the Newark Arts Alliance.
