Join us at the Newark Arts Alliance on Sunday, October 16th at 3:00pm for a local meet & greet opportunity! Christine Miller, author of the newly released book “Josephine’s Wilderness Adventure” as well as Editor, Terri Gillespie and illustrator, Julia Robinson have been brought together through synchronicity at the hands of Dragonfly Leathrum, to bring to life a delightful tale filled with adventure. Come out and meet these local artists, get your book signed, and enjoy light refreshments with our community members. Free and open to all.
Author Christine Miller, a retired teacher of 30 years, moved into a 19 foot Airstream campervan and has lived a nomadic lifestyle for the past two years traveling to over 40 states with her pug, Roxie as a copilot. This chapter book for young readers 8-12 is a delightful nostalgic tale full of adventure.
