Call For Artists – Mt. Cuba Center Botanical Bazaar Art Show & Festival
Mt. Cuba Center is expanding their legacy commitment to botanical art education, plein-air studies in the gardens and the intersection of natural and artistic inspiration into a new 1st year art fair: The Botanical Bazaar Art Show & Festival. We would love to invite you to exhibit your work as a vendor!
Event details
– Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026 (Rain date: Sunday, May 31)
– Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– Location: Mt. Cuba Center
– Audience: General admission to the gardens (free for members)
– Features: marketplace of local botanical artists, food trucks, plein air painting area, beer & wine available on site (no outside alcohol)
What we’re asking
– Description of works you’d like to exhibit (for example: watercolor paintings, sculpture, prints, photography, handmade craft)
– Typical price range for your work (if you’re interested in selling your work)
– Number of pieces you’d bring (suggested minimum: 6)
– Interest in sharing demos, workshops, or artist talks during the day
Logistics & fees
– Booth fees are $150 and COI requirements are being finalized. Let us know if you can provide your own standard white 10×10 vendor tent or if you’d like us to provide one to you at cost ($180)
